ABOUT
Ever
since I took my first yoga class, I've been sharing the practice - with
groups at yoga studios and fitness centers, with corporate clients and
private clients. My classes emphasize healing and well-being, feature
healthy alignment and always involve conscious breathing and
meditation. Over the years, I have done research on the effects of yoga and developed a unique approach to yoga for back pain. Based on my experience, I am currently offering workshops on anatomy, back health and health-related topics like digestion and weight loss.
